You have 5+ years of quality engineering experience in modern web technologies, and you hold a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience. You have proven experience designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for AI-powered features and applications. Your background includes test automation development, tools, and framework knowledge, and you possess the ability to validate the accuracy, robustness, and performance of AI/ML models.

You are a self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative team environment. You vocalize risk areas during the product development cycle and are passionate about quality. Your strong aptitude for learning new technologies allows you to discover defects in a complex software ecosystem effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software QA Engineer at Claris, you will design, engineer, maintain, and execute testing solutions as the owner of one or more technology areas. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams to architect and implement a highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable test automation solution. Your role will involve defining the testing vision for our cloud platform, ensuring that quality is integrated into every aspect of the development process.

You will work closely with product development teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Your responsibilities will include executing test cases, analyzing results, and reporting defects to ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards. You will also mentor junior QA engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of quality within the team.
