Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and bring over 3 years of experience in hardware/software test engineering. Your in-depth knowledge of processor instruction set architecture and microarchitecture allows you to effectively identify and mitigate risks in system-level stability. You are proficient in working with Unix-based operating systems and have experience with shell scripting, which enables you to develop and execute tests efficiently. Your collaborative spirit shines as you work closely with both hardware and software engineering teams to ensure product readiness. You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on quality, always striving to surface low-level issues before they reach customers.
Desirable
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools would be a plus, as would familiarity with stress validation techniques. A background in consumer electronics or similar industries can enhance your ability to contribute to Apple's mission of delivering world-class products.
