Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and quality control — you've successfully led quality initiatives and understand the intricacies of product development in a fast-paced environment. Your educational background includes a BS in a related engineering field such as Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing, which has equipped you with the technical knowledge necessary for this role.

You possess a strong understanding of mechanical quality and reliability concepts — your experience includes developing process quality plans and conducting supplier quality audits. You are adept at driving corrective actions and conducting failure analysis efforts, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality.

Your ability to travel internationally to supplier sites — approximately 25% of the time — demonstrates your commitment to maintaining quality standards across global operations. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Apple products — you will lead the development and ramp of next-generation products, ensuring that quality is integrated into every stage of the manufacturing process.
