Who you are
You have over 9 years of experience in a travel security capacity, demonstrating a deep understanding of the geopolitical landscape and the various risk environments, particularly in Mexico. Your fluency in Spanish allows you to communicate effectively in diverse settings, enhancing your ability to assess and manage security risks. You have a proven track record of building comprehensive travel security strategies that prioritize employee safety while navigating complex environments.
Your experience includes conducting thorough physical security assessments of locations, routes, and hotels, ensuring that all travel plans are secure and well thought out. You are adept at managing security vendors, providing secure transportation and protection services, and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to evaluating potential risks. Your strong project management skills enable you to deliver high-quality presentations and reports, effectively communicating security strategies to stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead all aspects of Travel Security in the Americas region, traveling up to 50% of the time to conduct ground assessments in medium to high-risk locations. You will create tailored security solutions for teams traveling to remote areas, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing travel security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various teams to enhance overall travel safety.
You will also be responsible for monitoring global events that may impact employee safety and adjusting security strategies accordingly. Your role will require you to stay informed about geopolitical developments and their implications for travel security. You will work closely with security vendors to ensure that all transportation and protection services meet Appleβs high standards for safety and reliability.
