You have a proven track record in fraud management, with experience in risk and fraud prevention measures, particularly in the payments sector. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse partners, including banks and transit operators, is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and are proactive in addressing challenges that arise in fraud prevention.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with performance metrics to ensure operational success. Your communication skills enable you to effectively guide partners from onboarding through to long-term success, ensuring that fraud prevention strategies are understood and implemented effectively.
What you'll do
As a Fraud Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for managing and executing risk and fraud prevention measures for the Apple Pay and Apple Wallet platforms across the EMEIA region. You will serve as the primary contact for fraud prevention, developing and maintaining positive relationships with partners. Your role will involve monitoring key performance metrics, minimizing fraud, and ensuring effective day-to-day interactions with partners.
You will work closely with the EMEIA Business Operations team to launch and manage partnerships, focusing on achieving ambitious goals in fraud prevention. Your hands-on approach will be essential in navigating the dynamic environment of fraud management, and you will be expected to proactively identify and address potential risks.
