What you'll do

As an Offensive Security Researcher at Apple, your primary responsibility will be to conduct offensive security research across multiple areas — you will engage in vulnerability research and develop innovative security tools that enhance the security of Apple products. You will collaborate with a team of security researchers, sharing insights and strategies to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.

You will be involved in fuzzing and binary exploitation, utilizing your technical expertise to uncover weaknesses in systems — your work will directly contribute to the security of over a billion devices running Apple's sophisticated operating systems. You will also have the opportunity to develop security tooling that streamlines the research process and improves overall efficiency.

Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest security trends and techniques — you will participate in cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers and product teams to ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle. You will also contribute to incident response efforts, helping to address and remediate security incidents as they arise.
