Who you are

You have over 8 years of strong work experience in precision assembly, inspection, and validation — you've successfully led teams in high-volume production environments and understand the intricacies of product introduction into manufacturing. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field, equipping you with the technical knowledge necessary for this role.

You possess meaningful experience in introducing products into manufacturing, which is a significant advantage — your project management skills are excellent, allowing you to navigate complex projects and ensure timely delivery. You thrive in environments where you can drive operational success and tackle technical challenges head-on.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with various stakeholders to support new product development and ensure contract manufacturer readiness for high-volume production. You will be responsible for driving all technical operational issues related to SMT and system integration processes, ensuring effective closure of all issues to enable operational success throughout the new product introduction cycle.

Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in production processes. You will also be expected to travel 25-30% of the time to oversee operations and ensure alignment with manufacturing partners.
