You are a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in developing applications and test frameworks specifically for media streaming experiences. With 5+ years of experience in software development, you have a deep understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, ensuring that customer-facing media apps meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Your expertise in automation frameworks allows you to create robust testing solutions that streamline the development process. You are passionate about delivering world-class user experiences and act as the voice of the end-users, advocating for their needs throughout the development lifecycle. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to drive innovation and quality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shipping high-quality software for the Apple Vision Pro's spatial media ecosystem. You will develop and implement test strategies that ensure the reliability and performance of media applications. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, you will identify testing requirements and create comprehensive test plans that cover all aspects of the user experience.
