Your analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to tackle engineering challenges of scale, ensuring that the CI/CD pipeline runs smoothly for thousands of developers.

You are familiar with the software development lifecycle and have experience with processes such as compilation, unit testing, code analysis, and code coverage — you know how to integrate these practices into your work to maintain high-quality standards. Your ability to collaborate across teams is essential, as you will work closely with application development teams to improve their workflows.

You are open to participating in an after-hours on-call rotation schedule — this flexibility is crucial for maintaining the CI/CD pipeline's reliability and performance. What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer in the CI/CD team at Apple, you will develop and maintain the CI/CD pipeline that supports application development teams globally. You will be responsible for maintaining and administrating a dynamic K8s/Linux/macOS build farm — your expertise in these environments will help optimize performance and reliability. You will also develop services and integrations that enhance the CI/CD pipeline, making it more efficient and user-friendly for developers.

Your work will involve integrating advanced capabilities such as GenAI and LLM into the pipeline — this innovative approach aims to boost developer productivity and provide intelligent insights into the development process.
