You have 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or Software Quality Engineer, demonstrating a strong foundation in software testing and automation. Your scripting and programming skills in C/C++, Golang, Python, and Shell allow you to tackle complex challenges effectively. You possess excellent automation skills and are well-versed in CI/CD practices, ensuring that software is delivered with high quality and agility.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working multi-functionally with architecture, platform design, SOC architects, and software teams. Your passion for diving headfirst into challenging problems drives you to build and maintain system infrastructure that powers the next generation of data centers. You have a proven mastery in building and leading scalable, resilient systems, and you enjoy the intricacies of orchestrating workloads across high-performance and energy-efficient systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will integrate and test software to lead and orchestrate workloads across highly performant systems. You will partner with teams across Apple to adapt, tailor, and scale software on a novel compute platform, contributing to the foundation of our future cloud architecture. Your responsibilities will include crafting, implementing, and completing test plans and test suites based on specification documents, ensuring that all components meet the highest quality standards.

You will be at the center of multiple efforts to utilize hardware acceleration for machine learning and high-performance computing workloads. Your role will involve automating and validating outstanding hardware, software, and services, ensuring that they work seamlessly together. You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality through unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests, playing a critical role in the success of our engineering initiatives.
