You are comfortable executing automated tests and writing new user-level test automation tools. Your experience includes creating test plans and tracking software bugs, allowing you to identify trends and escalate issues effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for automating, running, and reporting on hundreds of automated tests on automation racks. You will collaborate with various teams at Apple to identify testing requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Your work will directly impact the reliability and stability of Siri software, ensuring that it meets Apple's high-quality standards before release.
You will continuously track software bugs and verify fixes by running tests on automation racks. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members will be crucial as you highlight key issues and contribute to the overall quality of Apple products. You will also have the opportunity to utilize LLM tools to assist in your testing efforts, further enhancing the quality assurance process.
