Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program management. You excel in building relationships and fostering collaboration across teams, ensuring that projects align with strategic goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external agency partners, promoting consistency and innovation in content management practices. You are detail-oriented and possess a keen understanding of content management systems, which allows you to monitor project progress and make informed recommendations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the content management perspective on tools strategy, working closely with the Marcom Platform & Services team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with agency partners, ensuring that all content management systems are aligned with Marcom’s goals. Your role will involve monitoring the status of ongoing projects and making recommendations that enhance efficiency and reduce risk. You will collaborate with various teams, including Digital Product, Development, and QA, to advance the ongoing development of Marcom’s content management strategy. You will play a critical role in key projects, ensuring that best practices are followed and that tools are utilized effectively across the organization.
