What you'll do

As a Senior Video Standards Engineer, you will represent Apple in standards bodies such as the Alliance for Open Media, ITU, MPEG, and 3GPP. Your role involves investigating and developing new multimedia technologies, collaborating with internal teams to refine and propose initiatives for standardization. You will provide clear analysis and feedback on ongoing standards, ensuring that Apple's voice is heard in the international community.

You will engage in meetings and calls with standards organizations, integrating feedback from Apple's community and steering the development of multimedia standards in line with Apple's goals. This position may require travel to attend various standardization meetings and conferences, allowing you to network and advocate for Apple's interests in the multimedia field.
