Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in wireless system design, integration, or bring-up. Your expertise includes a strong understanding of OFDM and MIMO-based wireless systems across both baseband and RF domains, along with a solid foundation in communication theory and signal processing. You are familiar with wireless transceiver architectures and have hands-on experience in debugging advanced PHY and radio systems for state-of-the-art wireless SoCs.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with PHY algorithms, RF design, digital, MAC, and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration and best-in-class wireless performance. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you enjoy tackling challenges that require innovative thinking and technical expertise. You are committed to high product quality and have a track record of delivering results in complex projects.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in the integration, bring-up, and tuning of physical layer systems for next-generation wireless SoCs, from the pre-silicon stage to product launch in Apple devices. As a hands-on technical contributor, you will be at the forefront of bring-up, integration, and debugging of advanced PHY and radio systems. You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure that the wireless systems meet the high standards expected by Apple customers.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with various teams to integrate and tune wireless systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will be involved in the debugging process, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest advancements in wireless technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems.
