Who you are
You have 0.5 - 2 years of experience working as a Salesforce.com administrator and analyst — you've gained hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce, ensuring that business needs are met through effective system solutions. Your curiosity drives you to explore how AI can enhance business applications, and you are eager to learn and grow in this area.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with system analysts and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more — you understand the importance of translating business needs into scalable and well-designed system solutions. Your attention to detail ensures that data quality and system stability are maintained throughout the implementation process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement, configure, and maintain Salesforce as the primary business application — you will own end-to-end system implementations, which include requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. You will also configure and support additional GTM applications beyond Salesforce, such as Gong, Clay, DealHub, and FormTitan, which will enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
You will provide day-to-day system support, enhancements, and optimizations to ensure that workflows and processes are streamlined — your role will involve improving system integrations and establishing best practices for release management and data integrity. You will work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure that the systems you implement deliver real business value and ROI.
Your responsibilities will also include ensuring ongoing adoption of business systems, which is crucial for maximizing their effectiveness — you will leverage AI tools where relevant to improve system implementation and productivity. Your proactive approach will help the team navigate challenges and continuously improve the systems in place.
