You have a strong background in backend engineering with a focus on architecting and developing high-performance software systems. Your experience includes utilizing AI-driven development tools and automation to enhance the software delivery process, ensuring quality and performance standards are met. You are comfortable leading a small team of engineers and guiding them through complex projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
You are adept at code stewardship, ensuring that both AI-generated and manual code is clean, readable, and maintainable. You understand the importance of adhering to established quality benchmarks and security standards, and you take pride in delivering robust software solutions. Your ability to shift focus from manual coding to high-level architectural design and logic validation sets you apart in your field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance software systems. You will utilize AI coding assistants and automation tools to generate, refactor, and optimize software codes, significantly accelerating the development lifecycle.
