Your experience in data analysis equips you to lead validation efforts and guide customers in maximizing their use of data. You are a natural leader, ready to champion best practices and serve as a subject matter expert on data pipelines. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in driving successful outcomes in healthcare.
Desirable
Experience with healthcare data and analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with data modeling and data validation processes. You are comfortable working with diverse datasets and have a knack for identifying trends and insights that can drive better care delivery. Your ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In your first three months, you will immerse yourself in Arcadia's data model and core use cases, conducting quality analyses for customer datasets. By the six-month mark, you will take the lead on data validation efforts, advising customers on how their ingestion and configuration decisions impact analytics. After a year, you will be recognized as an internal subject matter expert on Arcadia's data pipelines, championing best practices and guiding health systems and payers to maximize their use of our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively integrated into care delivery and operational strategies.
