You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in financial technology. You possess the ability to deeply understand business problems and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with developers, operations teams, and clients to prioritize features and drive product adoption.
You are proactive and take ownership of your work, ensuring that development and testing align with business requirements. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct competitive analysis and contribute to crafting the product strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute from day one.
Desirable
Experience in reconciliation or payments products would be a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product management can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Product Lead at Arcesium, you will own key components of the Reconciliation Product Roadmap and backlog. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development meets the needs of our clients.
