What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of outreach and training activities for the DHS Geospatial Management Office — you will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored training programs that address those needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards, enhancing the overall user experience.

You will collaborate closely with other team members to create a comprehensive communications strategy that promotes the value of geospatial data and its applications — your efforts will help foster a culture of learning and innovation within the organization. You will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
