What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer II on the Distribution team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features that enhance the delivery of eLearning content. You will work on a global platform that serves millions of learners, ensuring that the products you build are scalable and efficient. You will collaborate with other teams, including those developing content creation tools, to create seamless integrations that improve the overall user experience.

You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to maintain a high standard of code quality across the team. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the products and processes within your team.
