Asana is hiring a Community Marketing Manager to grow the Asana Together community program in Japan. You'll create and execute region-specific programs to engage and retain community members. This role is based in Tokyo with a hybrid work schedule.

You have experience in community marketing and understand the importance of building connections between customers and brands. You are skilled in creating engaging programs that foster community growth and retention, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work with various teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about empowering customers and enhancing their experience with the product, and you have a knack for organizing events that energize local communities.
You are comfortable experimenting with new channels and methods to expand community engagement, and you have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to connect with diverse audiences and build relationships with community advocates. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve community initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, researching, and recruiting participants into the Asana Community Program. You will create and execute region-specific recruiting, activation, engagement, and retention programs for community members. You will host events that bring local customer communities together and energize them around the Asana brand. You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align community initiatives with broader business goals.
You will experiment with new channels and methods to enhance community engagement and advocacy, ensuring that the Asana community reflects customer love and loyalty. You will analyze community metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement strategies. You will also work closely with large-brand partners and their communities to expand Asana's reach and impact in the region.
