Job Description
Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in security engineering, focusing on protecting corporate environments and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You are skilled in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and have a strong understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies. Your background includes working with Endpoint Security and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), allowing you to implement effective security measures across various platforms.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to integrate security tools and policies into corporate systems. Your ability to design and build automation scripts and tools enables you to streamline security workflows and enforce policies at scale. You are proactive in driving security initiatives and fostering a culture of security within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead initiatives across key security domains, ensuring that Asana's corporate environment remains secure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into workflows, enabling secure-by-design implementations. Your responsibilities will include designing and building automation tools to enhance security processes and collecting actionable metrics to inform decision-making.
You will also help drive the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and insider risk programs, partnering with the Incident Manager to provide subject matter expertise during incident response. Your contributions will be vital in protecting Asana's employees, users, and customers from potential threats.
