Desirable

What you'll do
As a Product Design Intern at Asana, you will engage directly with dedicated Design mentors who are committed to your success. Throughout the 12-week summer internship program, you will work alongside the Design team to develop innovative solutions that simplify teamwork for users. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Engineering, User Research, Product Management, and Data Science teams, gaining insights into how different disciplines contribute to the design process. Your role will involve participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing to design critiques, and assisting in the creation of user-centered design solutions that align with Asana's mission to help humanity thrive through effective teamwork.
You will also be involved in the iterative design process, where you will gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine your designs. This hands-on experience will allow you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting, enhancing your skills and understanding of product design. You will learn how to balance user needs with business goals, ensuring that the solutions you create are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
