You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on user-centered design principles β your experience includes leading design projects that enhance user engagement and adoption. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are excited by product-led growth challenges. Your ability to combine product thinking with user research and data insights allows you to identify opportunities that drive onboarding and sustained user engagement. You value collaboration and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to shape and iterate on user experiences. Your passion for technology and design drives you to create intuitive solutions that help users quickly understand product value.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven products or features is a plus β you understand how to leverage AI to enhance user experiences. Familiarity with LLM interfaces like ChatGPT or similar technologies will set you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex design challenges and can adapt your approach based on user feedback and data analysis.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design of early activation experiences for Asana's users, focusing on how they discover and adopt the software through AI interfaces. You will create intuitive and engaging user journeys that translate user intent into clear starting points, ensuring new users quickly grasp how Asana fits into their workflow. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, you will iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights, continuously improving the onboarding process. You will also conduct user research to understand pain points and identify opportunities for enhancing user engagement. Your work will directly impact how users interact with Asana, guiding them from their first interaction to confident, sustained usage.
