You have a strong background in project management, particularly in technical fields such as propulsion, mechanical, and thermal engineering. With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully guided projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. Your ability to proactively identify and solve cross-discipline challenges sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with engineers and other stakeholders.
You are skilled in developing integrated schedules with measurable milestones, particularly for complex engineering subsystems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills allow you to track and document project progress effectively. You understand the importance of adapting to challenges throughout the project lifecycle and are comfortable navigating the complexities that arise in high-stakes engineering projects.

You will proactively identify and solve cross-discipline challenges, developing integrated schedules with measurable milestones for Mechanical, Propulsion, and Thermal subsystems. Your role will require you to track and document project progress, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
You will work closely with engineering teams to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring that all project requirements are met. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality will be essential. You will also be responsible for reporting project status to senior management, highlighting any risks or issues that may arise and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
