What you'll do

As an Airflow Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert support to customers using Astronomer's managed Airflow service. You will engage with sophisticated organizations, helping them maintain mission-critical uses of Apache Airflow. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that customers can leverage Airflow effectively. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and guide them in optimizing their data workflows. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to support tickets, conducting root cause analyses, and sharing best practices for using Airflow. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the broader Airflow community, sharing insights and learning from other experts in the field.
