Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on designing and implementing security controls for distributed systems. Your expertise includes securing remote access solutions and protecting sensitive data, ensuring that security is integrated into every aspect of the organization.

You are well-versed in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and have hands-on experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and endpoint protection technologies. Your background includes working with various security frameworks and tools, allowing you to effectively mitigate risks and respond to security incidents.

You possess strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, enabling you to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures. Your ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key asset, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and maintain robust security controls across Atlan's network infrastructure, systems, and data assets. You will be responsible for securing remote access solutions, including VPNs, and implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance security for remote employees.

You will lead the implementation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to protect sensitive customer and company data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your role will involve conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of all projects. Additionally, you will provide training and support to employees on security awareness and best practices, fostering a culture of security within the organization.
