Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with MLOps practices that ensure the smooth deployment and monitoring of machine learning models. You may also have experience in natural language processing or computer vision, which could further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of machine learning models that power Attentive's AI marketing platform. You will collaborate closely with senior ML engineers to design and implement machine learning algorithms that deliver personalized marketing experiences across various channels, including SMS, email, and push notifications. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing data pipelines that feed into machine learning models, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's machine learning infrastructure. As you grow in your role, you will take on more ownership of projects, leading initiatives that drive innovation and improve model performance. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of best practices in machine learning engineering.
