Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a strong background in sales, eager to provide best-in-class support to our partner bike shops. Your passion for mobility drives you to advocate for our e-bike products, ensuring that partners understand the value and quality we offer. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable guiding partners through the sales and warranty processes, making their experience seamless and enjoyable.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively relay information and build strong relationships with our partners. Your self-starting attitude means you take initiative in your role, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that orders are entered accurately and that returns and exchanges are handled efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Sales and Support Representative at Aventon, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver exceptional service to our partner bike shops. Your primary responsibility will be to guide partners through the sales process, helping them understand our products and how to best utilize them. You will enter orders from shops, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.

In addition to sales support, you will handle warranty claims and manage returns and exchanges, ensuring that partners receive the support they need to maintain customer satisfaction. Your role will involve advocating for our brand, sharing your enthusiasm for our e-bikes, and helping partners see why Aventon stands out in the industry.

You will also collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in our processes and customer interactions. Your insights will be valuable in shaping how we approach sales and support, ultimately enhancing the experience for our partners and their customers.
