You have a proven track record of managing IT projects, with at least 5 years of experience in project management. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively unify team efforts and resolve conflicts. You are driven by challenges and have a keen interest in IT technology, making you well-suited for a fast-paced environment.
You are adept at developing project schedules, scopes, and budgets, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within financial boundaries. Your analytical skills enable you to identify potential risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy leading effective team meetings that promote communication and collaboration among team members.
What you'll do
As a Senior Project Manager at AvePoint, you will be responsible for initiating projects by working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
