Who you are

You are a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in backend development, particularly using .NET (C#) or Java. You have a solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and are familiar with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Your educational background includes a degree in computer science or IT, equipping you with the technical knowledge necessary for this role. You possess good English communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate smoothly with customers.

You have a knack for debugging and troubleshooting complex software defects and production issues, ensuring that the software you develop is of high quality. Your experience includes writing and maintaining comprehensive design documents, which helps in keeping the development process organized and efficient. You are proactive in monitoring code performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to enhance the overall user experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in the design, development, and implementation of software features according to business requirements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software that meets user needs. Your responsibilities will include writing and maintaining design documents, debugging and resolving software defects, and optimizing code performance. You will also be involved in setting up and maintaining Azure services, which will enhance your skills in cloud computing.

You will work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment where your ideas and solutions are valued. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you engage with various stakeholders throughout the development process.
