Who you are

You are a recent graduate or have some experience in a technical role, ideally with a background in computer science or software engineering. You possess strong logical thinking skills, enabling you to quickly understand client requirements and devise effective technical solutions. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both external customers and internal teams. You have a strong sense of responsibility and can handle pressure well, ensuring that service projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services is essential, as you will be working with tools like Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint, Azure, data migration, or infrastructure setup is preferred, giving you a solid foundation to tackle the challenges of this role. You are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment, where you can develop your technical skills further.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver global service projects that include data migration, data management, storage optimization, and platform upgrades. You will collaborate closely with external customers and internal development and QA teams to ensure smooth service project delivery. Understanding service requirements and devising solutions will be key aspects of your responsibilities, as you create service delivery plans tailored to client needs.

You will execute service tasks, analyze and resolve any issues that arise, and compile reports to demonstrate successful service delivery. Assessing workload and duration for new projects or change requirements will also be part of your role, supporting the sales processes effectively. Your ability to communicate and work as part of a team will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
