What you'll do

In this role, you will create a wide range of technical content that supports the Singapore Government Tech Stack and Government Commercial Cloud initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather information and insights, ensuring that your documentation accurately reflects the capabilities and features of the products. Your work will involve writing user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials that help users understand and utilize the technology effectively.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing documentation to ensure it remains relevant and accurate as products evolve. Engaging with user feedback will be a key part of your process, allowing you to refine your content based on real-world usage and needs. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about product features and user experience, bringing your unique perspective as a writer to the table.
