Aviatrix is hiring a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to support enterprise customers in adopting multi-cloud networking and security solutions. You'll work closely with sales and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance customer experience. This role requires expertise in AWS and networking technologies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in cloud networking and security, with a strong understanding of multi-cloud environments and the challenges enterprises face in securing their workloads. Your background includes hands-on experience with AWS and networking technologies, enabling you to provide effective solutions to complex problems. You are skilled in troubleshooting and have a knack for creating knowledge-based content that helps customers navigate technical challenges. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to advocate for customers effectively while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
Desirable
Experience with Cisco networking products and Linux systems is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to support a diverse range of customer environments. Familiarity with cloud security best practices and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Cloud Network Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for customer support requests, managing and resolving technical issues that arise during the onboarding and integration of Aviatrix’s solutions. You will work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. Your role will involve creating troubleshooting tips and best practices that will be shared with customers to enhance their experience with our products. You will also report product issues to the development team, advocating for customer needs to help improve product quality.
In addition to direct customer support, you will participate in training sessions and workshops to educate customers on best practices for using Aviatrix solutions. Your insights will help shape the future of our customer support strategy, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other resources that empower customers to solve issues independently.
