Desirable

Experience with camera systems or similar devices is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment. A background in system design and architecture will be beneficial as you make critical technical decisions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Axon, you will be part of a dedicated engineering team focused on developing features for our camera products. You will take ownership of the software development lifecycle, from inception through design, development, and release. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and designers to ensure that we are building the right solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for driving technical decisions among competing engineering trade-offs, ensuring that our systems are bullet-proof and meet high-performance standards. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
