Your experience includes overseeing vendor management, payments, and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for process improvements that can scale operations effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Accounting and be responsible for the oversight of Axon's global travel and expense and accounts payable functions. You will lead international teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's mission to protect life and deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing the global employee expense policy, overseeing vendor set-up and payments, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all processes are streamlined and effective. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your teams. You will also be expected to identify and implement strategic initiatives that leverage AI to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Your commitment to excellence will help Axon maintain its reputation as a leader in safety and justice solutions.
