Desirable

Experience in the public safety or justice sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and user research techniques. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the definition and delivery of innovative software products at Axon. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure that the products you develop meet the needs of public safety and justice agencies. You will be responsible for shaping critical product areas from early-stage ideation through execution and scaling. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining product roadmaps, and managing stakeholder expectations. You will also oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions delivered are of high quality and user-centered.
