Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in software, and have a proven track record of delivering user-centered solutions that address real-world problems. You thrive in environments where you can turn ambiguity into clarity, balancing short-term wins with a long-term vision. Your ability to align diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration is key to your success. You are passionate about public safety and justice issues, and you understand the importance of creating impactful products that serve these sectors. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, valuing both in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
Desirable
Experience in the public safety or justice sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and user research techniques. You are adept at using data to inform product decisions and have experience in defining metrics for success. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the definition and delivery of innovative software products at Axon. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure that the products you develop meet the needs of public safety and justice agencies. You will be responsible for shaping critical product areas from early-stage ideation through execution and scaling. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining product roadmaps, and managing stakeholder expectations. You will also oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions delivered are of high quality and user-centered. You will have the opportunity to drive real change and make a meaningful impact in the community through your work at Axon.
What we offer
Axon provides a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can grow and thrive. You will be part of a mission-driven company that values diversity and inclusion, and you will have the chance to work on products that truly make a difference in people's lives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value curiosity and a growth mindset just as much as technical skills.
