What you'll do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Axon, you will shape the future of infrastructure automation for law enforcement systems — your role will involve developing a next-generation platform that empowers engineering teams to efficiently manage cloud infrastructure. You will have a direct impact on building and evolving systems that automate infrastructure management, ensuring reliability and resilience.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and challenges — your insights will help improve developer velocity and operational efficiency. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in validating, testing, and operating infrastructure at scale, allowing you to contribute to the overall success of the team.

In this role, you will also be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance platform resilience — your expertise will guide the implementation of best practices in cloud operations and automation. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility, and will be expected to work onsite at least twice a week.
