What you'll do
As the Director of Product Management at Balbix, you will lead one or more product areas of the Balbix platform, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to drive and influence product vision and strategy, ensuring that the product meets the needs of current and future customers. You will work closely with engineering teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.
You will be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding product managers within your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
