As a Provisioning Analyst, you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives on efficiency and problem-solving. You are adaptable and ready to cover the hybrid shift from 1 PM to 10 PM LTU time, demonstrating your commitment to meeting client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key player in the client onboarding process, guiding clients from the moment they sign their contract through to the completion of their project implementation. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, tracking project progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during the implementation phase. You will also be responsible for ensuring that clients are well-informed and supported throughout the process, providing them with the necessary resources and assistance to achieve their goals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and success, making you an integral part of the Bazaarvoice team.

What we offer

Bazaarvoice offers a competitive salary starting at 1800 EUR gross per month, depending on your experience and skills.
