What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Beamery, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core systems that underpin our Tenant Management services. You will work on authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards. Your role will involve designing and implementing features that enhance the user experience for our internal teams and clients.

You will collaborate with other engineers to build scalable backend services that support our AI-driven HR technology platform. This includes working on integrations with major platforms like SAP and Workday, as well as developing new features that leverage our proprietary LLMs and knowledge graph technology. Your contributions will directly impact how our clients make talent decisions and manage their workforce.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers. Your work will be critical in ensuring that our systems are reliable and performant, enabling our clients to make better talent decisions.
