You have a solid background in backend engineering with a focus on performance and observability — your experience includes designing and implementing internal libraries and tooling that adhere to industry best practices. You possess deep expertise in Java and are familiar with SRE principles — your technical skills enable you to identify performance bottlenecks and propose effective solutions. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to drive initiatives that enhance system performance. Desirable
