You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in biotechnology or related fields. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product strategies and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions and drive product improvements. You are also adaptable, ready to pivot strategies based on user feedback and market trends.
Desirable
Experience in AI product development or familiarity with AI technologies would be a significant advantage. A background in life sciences or a related field will help you understand the unique challenges faced by scientists in their research. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product management will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Benchling, you will define the product vision and roadmap for the small molecule R&D solution, ensuring alignment with the companyβs mission to accelerate scientific discovery.
