Who you are
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in content creation and instructional design. You have HR certification and ideally possess teaching experience, which allows you to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences. Your expertise spans various HR topics, including talent acquisition, compliance, and risk management, making you a valuable asset in developing educational materials. You are detail-oriented and possess strong writing skills, enabling you to create engaging and informative content that resonates with learners. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the materials you produce. Flexibility is key for you, as you can adapt to different project stages and requirements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will contribute to the development of HR exam preparation products by authoring and reviewing content. Your responsibilities will include creating study guides, instructional slides, and video lectures that support both instructors and self-study students. You will engage in content authoring and editorial tasks during the first stage of the project, ensuring that all materials meet high-quality standards. In the second stage, you will participate in lecture and video production, leveraging your teaching experience to deliver engaging presentations. You will collaborate closely with a team of subject matter experts and other writers to ensure that the content is comprehensive and aligned with certification exam requirements. Your work will play a crucial role in helping learners prepare for their HR certifications and succeed in their careers.

This is a contract position with flexible hours, allowing you to work between 10 to 40 hours per week based on your availability.
