You are a hands-on designer who thrives in a collaborative environment — you enjoy working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to frame problems and develop innovative solutions. Your ability to enforce a quality bar ensures that every design you produce is coherent and reliable.

You understand the importance of user-centered design principles — you have experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You are passionate about creating inclusive and accessible designs — you believe that great design should cater to diverse user needs and enhance the overall experience for all users. Your commitment to continuous learning keeps you updated on the latest design trends and tools.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Benepass, you will take ownership of the design process across our platform — you will frame design problems, develop user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes that meet user needs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs — your insights will help shape the product roadmap and inform future design decisions. You will also enforce a high-quality standard for design output, ensuring that all deliverables align with the company's vision and user expectations.

In addition to hands-on design work, you will mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team — your leadership will help foster an environment of creativity and innovation. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, helping to elevate the overall quality of design work.
