What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to drive and execute cross-functional projects that support Berkadia’s Production leadership. You will manage and develop project timelines, providing ongoing communication regarding project progress to production leadership and project stakeholders. Your insights and recommendations will support the decision-making process of the Production and Corporate Leadership teams, as you analyze various data sources and gather feedback from key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for evaluating metrics and data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the production support platform operates at peak efficiency. Your role will involve upskilling the production network, enhancing the capabilities of team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
