What you'll do

As a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Berkadia, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders, managing a portfolio primarily consisting of non-stabilized properties and complex construction loans. You will ensure compliance with all loan documents and servicing agreements, handling the timely processing of all loan-related matters. Your role will involve liaising with other servicing staff, Berkadia Mortgage Banking personnel, third-party lenders, trustees, investors, and various real estate and construction professionals to facilitate smooth operations within the loan servicing group.

You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of loan documents and lender agreements, which will enable you to effectively manage your portfolio and address any borrower inquiries. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of Berkadia's loan servicing platform, as you work to build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and lenders alike.
