You are a strong collaborator who enjoys working in cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

You are familiar with modern frontend development practices and tools, including version control systems like Git, and you stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the web development landscape. Your problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot issues effectively and optimize application performance.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer II at Bestow, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend applications that power our life insurance technology platform. You will work closely with the Frontend Platform team to design and implement new features that improve user experience and streamline operations for our clients.

You will collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the applications you build align with business goals. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality across the team.

You will also integrate third-party services and APIs into our applications, enhancing functionality and user experience. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, advocating for best practices in frontend development.
