What you'll do

As a Motion Designer at Betterment, you will create compelling motion graphics that enhance brand storytelling and engage users across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Creative team to develop visual content that aligns with marketing strategies and brand guidelines. Your role will involve animating graphics and video content, ensuring that all designs are consistent with Betterment's brand identity. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual content that captures attention and drives engagement.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise in tools like After Effects and Photoshop will be essential as you bring concepts to life through animation. You will also stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion design, applying this knowledge to improve the quality and effectiveness of your work.
