What you'll do
As the Senior Marketing Manager at Betterment, you will lead the marketing efforts for the 401(k) line of business, known as Betterment at Work. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive demand and support the sales organization. You will collaborate with sales leaders to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
